Жаркое Лорен

Ингредиенты:
Картофель400 г.
Луковицы средние2 шт.
Куриное филе1 шт.
Розмарин2 веточки
Черный перец6 горошин
Домашняя сметана150 г.
Сливки 22% жирности150 мл.
Крупные шампиньоны3 шт.

Способ приготовления:
1. Куриное филе порезать тоненькими полосочками, картофель кубиками. 
2. Лук нарезать полукольцами и обжарить до золотистого цвета. 
3. Все сложить в одну емкость, заправить сметаной, посолить и хорошо перемешать, разложить по горшочкам. 
4. Грибы порезать и выложить верхним слоем, положить по 2 горошка перца в каждый горшочек (по желанию можно и лавровый лист) и по половинке веточки розмарина. 
5. Влить в каждый горшочек по 50мл. сливок, закрыть крышечкой и поставить в холодную духовку, постепенно разогреть до 200 градусов, готовить 1час. Приятного аппетита!
