Ингредиенты (4 порции): 
Корейка свиная 1 кусок 
Сметана 35%-ная 150 г 
Орегано сушеный ½ чайной ложки 
Перец черный молотый щепотка 
Соль щепотка 
Специи по вкусу 

Способ приготовления (20 минут):  
1. Мясо разрезать на тонкие ломтики, отбить. 
2. Мясо положить на горячую сковороду, поджарить на собственном соку до полуготовности. 
3. Добавить сметану, соль, перец, орегано на сковороду, тушить на медленном огне до полной готовности.
