Ростки подсолнуха - 5 гр 

Кервель - 2 гр 

Помидор биф - 150 гр 

Семечки подсолнуха - 10 гр 

Икра бальзамическая - 3 гр 

Креветки розовые - 80 гр 

Соус для салата - 30 гр 

Продукты для соуса

Соус рыбный - 25 гр 

Уксус бальзамический (белый) - 20 гр 

Мед - 20 гр 

Масло оливковое экстра верджин - 90 гр 

Приготовление: 

Все продукты для соуса взбить до однородной массы. 

Помидоры нарезать кубиком 2 см. 

Креветки отварить. 

Помидоры, креветки, ростки подсолнуха, кервель заправить соусом и выложить в тарелку. 

Украсить икрой и семечками подсолнечника.
