Мокко с белым шоколадом

Ингредиенты (4 порции): 

Молоко 500 мл 
Кофе свежесваренный 500 мл 
Шоколад белый 55 г 
Корицы палочки 1 штука 

Способ приготовления (15 минут): 
1. Кофе можно подготовить заранее, но так, чтобы за время приготовления он не сильно остыл. 
2. В небольшой сотейник налить молоко, добавить шоколад, поломанный на кусочки, корицу и поставить на средний огонь. Варить, помешивая, до тех пор, пока шоколад полностью не рас­тает. Попробовать — если напиток получился недостаточно сладким, добавить еще немного шоколада, чтобы потом обойтись без сахара. 
3. Влить горячий кофе, перемешать. Палочку корицы вынуть или же оставить для красоты подачи. Разлить мокко по чашкам и подавать.
