Салат с кальмарами

Ингредиенты (4 порции): 
Яблоки 300 г 
Кальмары 300 г 
Сыр 50 г 
Лук 100 г 
Яйцо куриное 3 штуки 
Майонез 100 г 

Способ приготовления (30 минут):  
1. Воду довести до кипения, опустить кальмары и кипятить ровно 3 минуты (если кипятить дольше, кальмары станут жесткими и невкусными). 
2. Остудить. 
3. Нарезать соломкой. 
4. Лук нарезать полукольцами. 
5. Залить его кипятком и оставить на 10 минут. 
6. Затем воду слить, лук промыть в холодной воде (это делается для того, чтобы лук не горчил). 
7. Сыр натереть на средней терке. 
8. Яйца натереть на средней терке. 
9. Яблоки почистить, натереть на средней терке. 
10. Смешать яйца, лук, кальмары, яблоки, сыр. 
11. Заправить майонезом.
