Фаршированные баклажаны

Ингредиенты (4 порции): 
Сметана 300 г 
Зелень 50 г 
Помидоры 5 штук 
Перец черный молотый по вкусу 
Соль по вкусу 
Чеснок 2 зубчика 
Лук репчатый 1 штука 
Рис 150 г 
Фарш 500 г 
Баклажаны 1 штука 

Способ приготовления (1 час):  
1. Сварить рис до полуготовности, обжарить лук, смешать рис и лук с фаршем, посолить, поперчить. 
2. Баклажан нарезать кружками, вынуть сердцевину и в образовавшиеся отверстия положить приготовленный фарш. Выложить нафаршированные баклажаны в форму для запекания. Сверху каждого баклажана положить кружочек помидора. 
3. Сметану немного подсолить и добавить мелко нарезанный чеснок, можно добавить зелень. Полученным соусом залить баклажаны и поставить в духовку на средний огонь, запекать до готовности.
