Соба сэн-сой

Ингредиенты (2 порции) 

Лапша соба 300 г 
Креветки150 г 
Кукуруза мини 50 г 
Зеленый горошек стручковый 50 г 
Морковь 3 штуки 
Чеснок 2 зубчика 
Масло растительное 50 мл 
Масло кунжутное 20 мл 
Соус соевый 30 мл 

Способ приготовления (20 минут)  
1. Гречневую лапшу сварить в соответствии с инструкцией на пачке. Это можно сделать заранее, соба может стоять без потери вкусовых качеств. 
2. Все овощи нарезать крупной соломкой, чеснок измельчить. 
3. Креветки очистить, если нужно, от панциря, удалить пищевод, надрезав острым ножом спинку и вытянув темную жилку. 
4. На сильном огне разогреть в большой сковороде оба масла, обжарить в течение минуты креветки и все овощи, следом добавить чеснок. Перемешать, потушить еще секунд тридцать и переложить на блюдо. 
5. Примерно через полминуты закинуть в сковороду готовую лапшу и зашпарить все блюдо соевым соусом: сковородка должна быть очень горячей, чтобы большая его часть быстро выкипела.
