Тигровые креветки

Ингредиенты (4 порции) 

Мука блинная 250 г 
Креветки тигровые 500 г 
Масло рафинированное 150 мл 
Сольпо вкусу 

Способ приготовления (30 минут)  
1. Разморозить креветки, ошпарить кипятком и почистить. Как следует посолить и выложить в отдельную миску. 
2. Из сухой смеси для блинов приготовить кляр согласно рецепту, указанному на упаковке, или развести водой до состояния жидкого теста. 
3. Во фритюре или глубокой сковороде раскалить масло. Креветки окунать в кляр и обжаривать в кипящем масле до готовности.
