Куриное филе в сливках

Ингредиенты (4 порции) 
Филе куриной грудки 600 г 
Персики 2 штуки 
Сыр 200 г 
Лук-порей 1 стебель 
Сливки 10%-ные 200 мл 
Соль морская по вкусу 
Перец черный свежемолотый по вкусу 
Масло сливочное по вкусу 

Способ приготовления (1 час)  
1. Форму для запекания смажьте сливочным маслом. 
2. Филе грудки разрежьте вдоль и отбейте до тонких пластин — как для шницеля. Посолите и поперчите филе, выложите на противень. 
3. Персик очистите от кожицы, удалите косточку и нарежьте пластинами. Выложите на филе. Сверху посыпьте кружочками лука-порея. 
4. Залейте блюдо сливками. Накройте форму фольгой и отправьте в разогретую до 200 градусов духовку на 40 минут. Затем фольгу снимите, посыпьте блюдо тертым сыром и отправьте в духовку еще на 10 минут.
