Тонкие блины

Ингредиенты (4 порции) 

Мука пшеничная 6 столовых ложек 
Молоко 2 стакана 
Яйцо куриное 2 штуки 
Сахар 1 столовая ложка 
Соль ⅓ чайной ложки 
Масло сливочное топленое 1 столовая ложка 

Способ приготовления (30 минут)  
1. Яйца, соль и сахар взбить венчиком или миксером. В полученную массу влить молоко, всыпать муку, перемешать, добавить растопленное сливочное масло, еще раз все перемешать. Тесто должно быть полужидким, по консистенции напоминать сметану. Желательно дать постоять минут 15, чтобы разошлась клейковина. 
2. Масло на сковороду лучше не лить, а смазывать ее через каждые 2–3 блина половинкой очищенной картофелины, насаженной на вилку. Ее нужно макать в масло и смазывать круговыми движениями.
