Томатный суп-крем

Ингредиенты (2 порции) 

Помидоры вяленые 1 стакан 
Помидоры 1 штука 
Вода 2 стакана 
Авокадо ½ штуки
Чеснок 1 зубчик 
Соль по вкусу 
Сок лимонный по вкусу 

Способ приготовления (15 минут)  
1. Замочите вяленые помидоры на час в воде комнатной температуры. 
2. Очистите свежий помидор от семян, авокадо от кожуры и косточки. 
3. Измельчите овощи, добавив соль и лимонный сок в блендере до однородного состояния. 
4. Добавьте воду. 
5. Подавайте со свежими листьями зеленого базилика. 
6. Вы можете сами сделать вяленые помидоры. Использовать лучше грузинские (мясистые) сорта томатов. Нарежьте их кружочками толщиной около 1 см и запекайте в духовке при 100-120 С около 3х часов.
