Сливочный крем-суп из шампиньонов и картофеля

Ингредиенты (4 порции) 

Шампиньоны 300 г 
Картофель 600 г 
Лук 200 г
Сливки 20%-ные 500 мл 
Масло растительное по вкусу 
Соль по вкусу 
Перец черный молотый по вкусу 

Способ приготовления (30 минут)  
1. Картофель почистить, нарезать кубиками. Залить водой так, чтобы она только покрывала картофель, посолить, отварить до готовности. 
2. Лук мелко покрошить. Грибы нарезать. Обжарить лук на растительном масле. Добавить грибы, немного посолить. Жарить до тех пор, пока не испарится вся жидкость. 
3. Затем картофель (воду слить) и грибы измельчить в блендере. Перелить суп в кастрюлю, добавить сливки, немного поперчить. Довести до кипения, но не кипятить (при разогреве также доводить до кипения, но не кипятить).
