Суп из белых сушеных грибов

Ингредиенты (4 порции)
 

Вода 4 мл 
Грибы белые сушеные 60 г 
Лук репчатый 1 головка 
Морковь 1 штука 
Картофель 4 штуки 
Вермишель 100 г 
Соль по вкусу 
Специи по вкусу 

Способ приготовления (40 минут)  
1. Замочить грибы на 10–15 минут до набухания. После воду слить. 
2. Натереть морковь на крупной терке, порезать лук. Обжарить на оливковом масле. 
3. Положит грибы в кипящую воду. 
4. Добавить обжаренную морковь с луком. 
5. Почистить, порезать картофель, закинуть в кастрюлю. 
6. Варить 15–20 минут. 
7. Закинуть макаронные изделия (лапшу) на глаз, на вкус. 
8. Добавить соль, специи, травы по вкусу. 
9. Выключить огонь, дать настояться 10–15 минут.
