Паста в сливочном соусе с шампиньонами

Ингредиенты (2 порции)
 

Паста 150 г 
Сливки 30%-ные 180 г 
Шампиньоны 200 г 
Лук репчатый 1 штука 
Сыр 50 г 
Соль по вкусу 
Перец черный молотый по вкусу 
Смесь итальянских специйпо вкусу 

Способ приготовления (30 минут)  
1. Отвариваем пасту до состояния аль денте. 
2. Тем временем, пока готовятся макароны, мелко нарезаем лук. 
3. Шампиньоны режем вдоль тонкими ломтиками. 
4. Обжариваем лук до мягкости на оливковом масле, добавляем шампиньоны и жарим до готовности, пока водичка от грибов не выпарится. 
5. Наливаем к грибам сливки, солим, перчим и выпариваем их на небольшом огне, пока они не загустеют. 
6. В сливочный соус помещаем пасту, перемещиваем, оставляем тушиться несколько минут, периодически помешивая. \
7. Раскладываем пасту по тарелкам, посыпаем итальянскими специями и мелко натертым сыром.
