Тальятелле с шампиньонами в сливочном соусе

Ингредиенты (2 порции)

Шампиньоны свежие200 г 
Паста тальятелле200 г
Лук репчатый1 головка
Кориандр молотыйщепотка 
Базиликщепотка 
Масло оливковое1 столовая ложка
Сливки 25%-ные300 мл

Способ приготовления (15 минут) 
1. Сварить пасту. Этого времени как раз хватит для приготовления соуса. 
2. Измельчить в блендере лук, обжарить его в оливковом масле на небольшом огне 5–7 минут. 
3. Шампиньоны порезать и добавить на сковородку к луку. Обжаривать все еще 5 минут. Добавить кориандр и базилик или любые специи на свой вкус. 
4. Залить сливками (огонь должен быть совсем небольшим) и оставить, пока сливки не начнут загустевать. После этого выключить. 
5. Перемешать пасту и соус.
