Суп с грибами и курицей

Ингредиенты (4 порции) 

Молоко топленое2,5 л
Курица 300 г
Картофель 4 штуки
Вермишель 70 г
Грибы белые150 г
Лук репчатый1 головка
Морковь1 штука
Сливки 20%-ные250 г
Петрушка 30 г
Укроп 30 г
Кинза (кориандр)30 г
Сельдерей 30 г
Сольпо вкусу
Перец черный молотыйпо вкусу

Способ приготовления 

1. В топленое молоко положить куриное филе, довести до кипения, убавить огонь. 
2. Положить мелко порезанный картофель, снова довести до кипения, посолить, поперчить. 
3. Добавить мелко порезанную кинзу, сухие грибы, варить на среднем огне. 
4. Мелко порезать лук и морковь, чуть-чуть поджарить, добавить в суп. Оставшуюся зелень мелко порезать и тоже высыпать в кастрюлю. Варить несколько минут. 
5. Добавить вермишель, убавить огонь до минимума, влить сливки и варить еще минут 30.
