Ингредиенты   (2 порции)

Кальмары                    2 штуки
Яйцо куриное             1 штука
Масло растительное       по вкусу
Молоко                          ? стакана
Вода                          ? стакана
Соль                           щепотка
Мука пшеничная               по вкусу
Кунжутные семечки        1 чайная ложка

Способ приготовления (30 минут)

1. Кальмары почистить, положить в кипящую воду, варить не более 3 минут. Слить воду, остудить, нарезать кольцами.
2. Приготовить кляр, смешав яйцо, молоко, воду, соль, кунжут (по желанию), другие специи по вкусу. Добавлять муку до консистенции густой сметаны.
3. В сковороду влить масло, кольца обмакивать в кляр и обжаривать с двух сторон.
4. Подавать с рисом или рисовой лапшой.
