Открытый пирог с инжиром и сыром бри

Ингредиенты  (8 порций)

Тесто слоеное        500 г
Сыр бри                    250 г
Инжир                    20 штук
Мед цветочный        4 столовые ложки
Тимьян свежий        4 стебля
Сливки 10%-ные      1 столовая ложка

Способ приготовления (1 час)

1. Тесто разморозить, половину выложить на застеленной бумагой противень, из оставшегося теста сделать бортик.
2. Инжир вымыть, обсушить, порезать на дольки. Сыр бри нарезать тонкими ломтиками толщиной 0,5 см.
3. На тесто выложить кусочки сыра, вторым слоем выложить инжир.
4. Кисточкой смазать края теста сливками.
5. Выпекать в течение 20 минут при температуре 200 градусов.
6. Мед перелить в огнеупорную миску, добавить тимьян, нагреть, но не кипятить.
7. Удалить тимьян, залить медом пирог.
