Сулугуни, жаренный с помидорами

Ингредиенты (4 порции)

Помидоры 500 г
Сыр сулугуни 400 г
Лук красный 80 г
Кинза (кориандр) листья по вкусу
Листья петрушки по вкусу
Масло растительное 40 мл
Укроп измельченный по вкусу
Соль по вкусу
Перец черный молотый по вкусу

Способ приготовления (15 минут)

1. Помидоры и лук нарежьте кольцами.
2. Сулугуни натрите на терке.
3. Зелень измельчите, перемешайте с маслом, солью и перцем.
4. Помидоры, лук, зелень перемешайте и поместите в порционную керамическую огнеупорную форму. Засыпьте сулугуни.
5. Запекайте в духовке, разогретой до 200–220 градусов 7–10 минут.
6. При подаче украсить листочками кинзы.
