Ингредиенты:

Овсяные хлопья 1 чашка
Сырой фундук 1 чашка
Мякоть фиников
без косточки 1 чашка
Щепотка соли
Какао порошок 1 ч.л. с горкой
Кокосовое масло 2 ч.л.

Декор:
Какао порошок
Измельченная кокосовая стружка
Измельченный миндаль

Приготовление
1. В чашку блендера складываем 1 чашку овсяных хлопьев, 1 чашку сырого фундука, 1 чашку мякоти фиников без косточки.
2. Добавьте щепотку соли, 1 чайную ложку с горкой какао порошка и 2 чайные ложки растопленного кокосового масла. В конце добавьте 2 чайные ложки воды.
3. После смешивания у вас должна получиться пластичная масса.
4. Дальше мы лепим конфетки, оставляя их на пару часов на столе, и затем убираем в холодильник на ночь.
5. Декорируем конфеты какао-порошком, измельченную до консистенции муки кокосовую стружку или миндаль.

Удобно сделать тестовый вариант конфет, чтобы понять вкус и побаловать себя сладким в безопасном количестве.

Если вы взяли сухие финики, замочите их в воде и оставьте до утра.

Состав конфет можно менять, добавляя и убирая ингредиенты.
