куриный бульон - 500 мл
рис - 0,5 ст.
желток - 2 шт.
 лимонный сок - 1-2 ст.л.
соль
белый перец

Инструкция

Рис хорошо промыть, всыпать в бульон, довести до кипения. Готовить на слабом огне под крышкой до готовности риса. Взбить венчиком желтки с лимонным соком до состояния однородной эмульсии, влить половник еле тёплого бульона Еще раз взбить, влить в суп (помешивая), посолить, поперчить, прогреть (не доводя до кипения). Подавать, например, с мясом курицы.
