Любимый многими ценителями хорошей кухни ресторан «Веретено» предлагает особенное блюдо для Новогоднего стола

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:
 Соль 10 г
 Перец черный
молотый 5 г
 Шея свинная 2 кг
 Лук порей 1 шт
 Грудинка свиная копченая 300 г
 Чеснок 1 головка
 Паприка 20 г
 Чеснок
гранулированный 10 г
 Крахмал 10 г
Масло растительное 50 г

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ
Паприку, крахмал, соль, перец смешиваем с растительным маслом, выдавливаем чеснок и добавляем в смесь. Свиную шею зачищаем от жилок, обмазываем смесью специй и оставляем на ночь в холодильнике, чтобы она замариновалась.
Копченую свиную грудинку нарезаем по длине и выкладываем сверху замаринованной свиной шеи.
Лук порей разбираем на листья и заворачиваем в них свиную шею, перетягиваем шпагатом либо нитью, взбрызгиваем растительным маслом и запекаем в духовке втечение 1 часа при температуре 140 градусов.
